More and more, I realise how much I love shirts. Floaty, comfortable pieces that can be dressy, or casual, or add a spark to an otherwise plain outfit. They work well with jeans, shorts & skirts, plus they can be worn in during all seasons. I wear them buttoned right up to the collar - as is the London way it seems.
Here are some that I'm crushing on big time at the moment...
I tried this one on in Urban Outfitters the other week and I can't stop thinking about it. The pastel colours are perfect for spring, plus the tie at waist is great for summer (if you can brave it)! Sheery sheer-face, be mine!

The Cacharel number is such a great chartreuse colour and is quite masculine due to the boxy style. While the Finders Keepers shirt is the perfect girly summery top with the cropped lacey style. Love the pairing of it with these stripey shorts too!

These two treaties have been in my ASOS saved list for ages - I keep hoping that they'll go on sale so that I can justify buying them both! The faded watercolour effect of the ASOS PREMIUM shirt is just to die, as is the model's amazing yellow section of her pony. Brave much? I have wanted a denim shirt for a while, so this Just Female number is right up my alley, especially as it's so unique. Quite cowboy-esque too, yeeehaaaaa!image source: asos premium silk shirt with water print & just female denim shirt with contrast patches - www.asos.com
These shirts are from two websites that I just adore - Nasty Gal and Tobi, there are so many great finds to be had! The High Rider shirt is perfect for summery festivals, with the sleevless style, fun teal colour & gold collar detailing. I can imagine wearing the hearts shirt throughout the day, from work to a night out, as it looks like a versatile wee shirt. Such a cute girly pattern too!
Last but not leastis the lovely boyfriend shirt from Motel. This is so my kind of corporate top, which shows how I could never work in a suited environment. I adore the geometric print, the gem tones and the loose style. Hearts big time.

Ahhh shirts, so many styles, so many options, so many goodies! Apparently I'm wanting mainly green shirts too at the moment, I have no idea why that is!
Time to treat myself maybe?
